Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CSE: CZC) (the "Issuer") wishes to announce the resignation of James Pickell from the Company's Board of Directors. He brought an enormous amount of expertise, insight and knowledge of the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt to Copper Reef and served diligently on the Board. Jim will be truly missed and we wish Jim success in all future endeavours.
